The Business+ plan includes Workflow by default. With 10 users, 100 rules/nodes and 7.5M API calls, it is perfect for medium-sized companies.
Workflow has many elements that can be used to handle parts of the process. For example, you can call business rules, make calculations, call REST API, and so on. All the available elements are in the palette. For start, choose the one you like and drag it to the canvas.
Each element has a configuration specifying its behavior. For example, when you want to run a business rule, you must choose the rule from your space and specify which data will be sent to it. Each element has documentation so you know what it does and how to set it up.
The connections define the order in which the workflow elements should run. Just drag the connecting line from one element to another. Once you run the workflow, the elements will run in the specified order.
Testing workflow is as easy as testing any other rule. Just enter input data in the test bench, click run and review the results. Workflow will display a graphic representation of the run and allow to inspect the flowing data. You will always know what happened.
